This article explains how the oMG calculates odometer readings.
The scanner is only capable of recording up to 65536km (about 40,000miles) since the last trouble code reset and it is important never to exceed it.
It is recommended that when the truck goes in for service, that the engine trouble codes are reset, so that it does not interfere with the scanner.
