This page includes approved operator images comprised of FW and Configuration files. Packages are available for the EM7411, EM7421, EM7431, MC7411, MC7421, and MC7431:

  • This page contains the latest recommended FW/PRI versions. To determine which FW/PRI are available in production for your module SKU, please check with your Sierra Wireless sales contact.
  • For Windows use the Windows EXE Download This will update both the PRI (carrier provisioning file) and the firmware.
  • For Linux use the Binaries download packages. This is a zip file containing a CWE and NVU files that should be used in conjunction with the ‘Firmware_Download’ application (or equivalent API’s in an application) contained in the Linux SDK SampleApps 
    • The firmware is the .CWE file and the .NVU is the carrier provisioning PRI file.
