This document presents guidelines for the industrial assembly of the WPX5/WP76/WP77 Series embedded module on an application.
Designed to suit the needs of manufacturers of devices in high-volume production, the WPx5/WP76/WP77 Series offers module-dependent GPRS/EDGE, UMTS, LTE, and LTE LPWA connectivity in a compact and lightweight form factor based on a standard 22x23 mm LGA (Land Grid Array).
