The MangOH Red board does not come with a standard DB9 serial port like some of the other development boards and so the purpose of this document is to describe the necessary circuitry to interface a USB-to-Serial/RS-232 adapter/cable to the MangOH Red’s Raspberry Pi UART interface. The necessary components are widely available, and this interface will work with either the AirPrime HL and WP Series embedded modules.
