Allowable Characters in Pre-Shared Keys on the oCM

This article lists the allowable characters for defining pre-shared secret keys (PSKs) for the oCM.
The oCM allows for the following characters in defining pre-shared secret keys (PSKs):
Prior to oMG 3.9.1:
Note: customers upgrading oMG software from a pre-3.9.1 release are advised to review their oCM passwords and, if necessary, update them in the oMG VPN configuration and the oCM prior to upgrading the oMGs to the new software version.
Prior to oMG 3.9.1:
- Alphanumeric characters: a-z, A-Z and 0-9
- Special characters: - + ! @ # % ^ * ( ) . : _
- Alphanumeric characters: a-z, A-Z and 0-9
- Special characters: + ^ ( ) _
